Dale Boon has been a commissioner for 10 years. He and his wife Janet have six children amongst themselves and all living in the local area. He is Diking Manager for Consolidated Diking District #2 in Woodland. In his off time he is Assistant Chief for the Fire District 1. Commissioner Boon’s current term expires in 2015. |
Jerry Peterson is the senior member of the board, having served as a commissioner since 1985. He and wife Roberta have five children. Jerry farms with two of his sons, specializing in IQF berries, corn, grass seed and wheat. He and wife Roberta sell cut flowers all over the U.S. mainly via the Internet. Commissioner Peterson’s current term expires in 2013. |
Paul Cline has been a commissioner since April 2008. He and his wife Cheryl live in the Yale Valley and have three grown children. Paul spent 29 years teaching band/choir and other classes at Woodland High School before retiring. In addition to his teaching duties, Paul became a volunteer fireman/emergency medical technician and continues this service today with Cowlitz/Skamania Fire District #7. Paul is also part owner in Cougar Crest Water and GPM Water Systems. Commissioner Cline’s current term expires in 2017. |
