The Port of Woodland has literally tons of sand for sale at our Martin’s Bar property, just south of the entrance to Lion’s Day Park (on port property along the Columbia River).

This sand is clean, and has been deposited on this site as part of the Columbia River Channel Deepening Project, which is now complete.

If you’re interested in purchasing sand from this Martin’s Bar site, the facility will be open to the public a minimum of 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday through September 2012.

Public needs for additional hours of operation will be scheduled through J.L. Storedahl & Sons, Inc., main office in Kelso (360-636-2420, ask for Beau in dispatch).
