The Port of Woodland is 30 miles/minutes north of Portland International Airport and 143 miles south of Seattle-Tacoma Airport.
The Southwest Washington Regional Airport, 20 miles north of Woodland, will accommodate smaller jet aircraft traffic. Located midway between the Southwest Washington Regional Airport and Portland International, the Woodland State Airport is an excellent example of a community airport.
In the last decade Woodland has gone from a little dirt and grass track, to a lighted, paved 1,953 foot asphalt strip. There are fine restaurants and motels within walking distance, plus swimming and other city functions. The Lewis River runs along the east edge of the field and steelhead fishing is not uncommon. Interstate 5 runs along the west edge and ground transportation is easy to find.
From providing a local landing for your executive guests to easy transport of air freight to international carriers, the Port of Woodland is well placed to meet your air travel requirements.
